Dr. Joshua T. Goodwin – Co-Founder & CEO

Hi! I’m Josh.  I’m not a therapist. I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of Operation True North. Although, I prefer to think of myself as Chief Office Minion for Cheri, Michelle, and Kat. My job is to help run the business side of Operation True North and to remove any obstacles from your path to receiving the highest level of therapy from our team. I’m a retired US Air Force Master Sergeant & Federal Law Enforcement Special Agent.  If I can help in any way, please feel free to reach out to me at 720-379-3759 or at joshuagoodwin@otncolorado.com

Michelle Kaye

Michelle Kaye MA, LPC, EAGALA, EGE

Hi! I’m Michelle. As an educator and counselor for over 30 years – specifically with Military Service
Members, Veterans, Emergency Responders, and their families for over 11 of those years – I’m proud to join the Operation True North team! As a lifelong horse person, I’m also proud to be the founder and Executive of Operation Equine: a 501c3 organization that serves the Warrior and Protector communities through equine therapies.  Because I’m of the philosophy that The Whole Family Serves, I also work with family members and caregivers as well.  If you’re ready to start working through the parts of your life that seem to no longer be working for you, give us a call: we’ll be honored to help you find some solutions.  720-379-3759 or at learnmore@otncolorado.com
